April 24, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - April 25, 2016 @ 7:30 am
ANZAC Day Dawn Service at The Shrine for a few years with resounding success. What a morning, to be there with around 40,000 other people including many Scouts, standing in silence as dawn breaks then listening to the bugle playing the Last Post is always a most moving event and one that should be experienced by everyone. This is the 100th anniversary and will be even more of an experience. We will sleep at the Scout Hall on Sunday night (24/4/16) then leave at approximately 4:00am and catching the free tram to get everyone in to the Shrine. After the service we will return to the Scout Hall where you can be picked up (around 7:30am).
