All Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts and Leaders from the Melbourne Region are invited to our Environment
Day at Braeside Park on November 23, 2014. Joeys and Cubs will participate in environmental activities around the park run by Leaders from both sections. Activities from the day could contribute towards the World Scout Environment Badge.

Event Time Table
lOam Mums and Dads bring their Joey Scouts and Cub Scouts to Braeside Park. Check in at our Administration tent, marked with Scouting banners. Mums and Dads return at the end of the day. Family cars are to enter the Park via the Lower Dandenong Road entrance. Drive through the Park to Car Park 4 {Pelican}. Here, parents should ensure their Joeys and Cubs check in at the Administration desk and then find their own Leaders. Parents then leave the Park.
Joeys and Cubs will mix together in small groups to rotate around the activities.
12pm Activities break for lunch. Joeys and Cubs should gather in their Mobs and Packs to eat lunch with their
Leaders.
1pm Activities continue.
3pm The event ends. Joeys, Cubs and parents must check out at Administration before leaving the Park.
Bring your own lunch and morning and afternoon snacks and full water bottl Do your best to be
environmentally neutral, nothing throw-away – i.e. use a lunchbox instead of plastic wrap
Joeys and Cubs are to let their own leaders know if they will be attending.
