Anzac Day 2017

10th Caulfield and 1st McKinnon Scouts slept overnight in the hall and rose at 4am. We jumped on a tram and joined with 15th Brighton Scouts and 28th Glen Eira Venturers at the Shrine of Remembrance for the dawn service. It rained but that just added to the pre-dawn atmosphere as we listened to memories and stories that spanned 100 years. We filed though the Shrine and laid poppies. Thank you to Gary for organising the sleep over and to the Bajayo family for kindly hosting the scouts on Monday night for a movie.
