Father and Scout Camp – Feb 2015

After a rainy start, our quick thinking leaders had us set up in a massive shed on the first night of camp. The weather soon improved to a warm day on Saturday. Scouts and cubs roamed freely at the campsite as we pitched tents.  Our leaders made sure we all ate well and by Saturday night we were all around the campfire enjoying the night under the stars.  We broke camp after a hearty breakfast on Sunday and headed to beautiful Mt Martha beach for the afternoon. A big thank you to our Scout leaders Gary, Ben and Matt for making the weekend so comfortable and for showing the 10 year old cubs how much fun scouting will be. And thanks to Simon for jet skiing everyone around the bay, we all had huge grins on our faces after that!
