Thanks to everyone who attended ARAP on Sunday. Here are some timely snaps that captured the event. Well done to all our awardees.
“Your honour, it is alleged that our esteemed co-group leader, Jeremy King did, on his on own recognisance, leave Terra Australis and sojourned to the land of milky skin and dampness to compete in a foot race on Sunday April 23rd, 2017, of a distance no greater than 26 miles and 385 yards towit The London Marathon. It is recognised by this Group that he did compete and indeed complete said foot race in the time of 3 minutes 57 seconds and 20 milliseconds, thus beating his target of 4 hours by a bees appendage. If it pleases the Group we’d like to wish Jez a hearty mazel tov on this outstanding bucket list achievement. When asked for comment King replied…”So. Much. Pain”.
Safe home mate.
Last night we had a fantastic night of fun and trivia. MC’s for the evening Zach and Jeremy asked 6 rounds of questions interspersed with hilarious games that had the whole room laughing and competing for prizes galore. Mazel tov to the Overall winners The Grey Wolves for their trivia prowess.
A HUGE thank you to Rachael Bayajo for organising the prizes and Steve Silver for organising the evening. With much support from Jeremy, Michael, Gavin and Symona.
Thank you to our sponsors the Party Bazaar, Caprice and Continental Butchers for prizes and for room decorations generously donated. Thank you to 12th Caulfield Scout Group for lending us their tables for the evening.
